Terms of service
Effective 21 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Propalance, a product of Gnanalytica (“we”, “us”), at propalance.gnanalytica.com and in the Propalance app. By signing in or using Propalance you agree to them. If you use Propalance on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf. They take effect on 21 October 2026.
Who may use Propalance
- Real estate developers (“builders”) that have an agreement with Gnanalytica, and the team members, investors and consultants a builder invites.
- Home buyers and co-buyers whom their builder has invited to follow their booking.
You must be at least 18 years old. If a builder’s agreement with us differs from these terms, the agreement prevails for that builder.
The service
Propalance helps a builder manage what happens after a flat is booked: payment plans, demands, verified payments and receipts, bank reconciliation, home loan disbursements, TDS records, construction progress, documents, appointments, requests and messages to buyers. It gives buyers a portal and an app to follow their home. We may change or improve features over time.
What Propalance is not
- Propalance does not move money. It is not a bank, a payment service, a lender or an escrow agent. Buyers pay their builder or lender directly; Propalance records what the builder verifies.
- The TDS and home loan features are record-keeping aids. They are not tax, legal or financial advice. Buyers remain responsible for deducting and depositing TDS and for their loans; builders for their own filings.
- Construction progress, dates and analytics shown in Propalance come from the builder and are not a promise by Gnanalytica.
The builder’s responsibilities
- The builder is responsible for the accuracy of the demands, receipts, statements, TDS and loan information it records or issues through Propalance.
- The builder is responsible for its dealings with its buyers, including its agreements, refunds, disputes and obligations under RERA and other laws.
- The builder must have a lawful basis, such as consent, to record buyers’ personal data and to message them, including any opt-in WhatsApp requires.
- The builder decides who joins its workspace and what each person can see, and is responsible for its team’s use of Propalance.
Accounts and security
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in, email and devices secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us or your builder promptly if you think your account has been misused.
Your data
Builders own the data they put into Propalance. Buyers’ personal data is handled by Gnanalytica on the builder’s behalf, as described in our privacy policy. We use it only to provide the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights using Propalance;
- send spam, or false or misleading demands or messages, to buyers;
- upload documents you have no right to share, or anything harmful;
- try to access data or accounts you are not authorised to;
- disrupt, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service.
Fees
Fees, if any, are agreed separately with each builder. Home buyers do not pay to use Propalance.
Availability
We work to keep Propalance available and secure, but it is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Messages depend on email, WhatsApp and push providers, and may be delayed or not delivered. We may pause the service for maintenance.
Intellectual property
Propalance, its software and its design belong to Gnanalytica. Builders keep the rights to their names, logos, photos and content, and allow us to use them only to provide the service. You may not copy or resell Propalance.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Gnanalytica is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from a builder’s records, decisions or dealings with its buyers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for Propalance in the twelve months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Propalance at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put others at risk. A buyer’s access ends when their builder removes it or stops using Propalance. A builder can ask for an export of its data before its account is closed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its effective date and tell account holders about significant changes. Continued use after that means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
